The award-winning Big Blue Tool Machine is a full sized demonstrator vehicle, sponsored by several top manufacturers. Big Blue travels the entire North Coast Electric service area, including Alaska, and is fully self-contained with on-board heating for the coldest climate locations and is air-conditioned for the heat of summer. Display lighting and an on-board generator provides power for tool demonstrations. Big Blue is outfitted with virtually every tool an electrician would use and many new offerings including ready-to-demo accessories. With a 26' long box and walk in capability, the truck displays over 300 hand tools on the ceiling alone! Customers are invited onto the vehicle to try out over 30 different power tools and watch videos of larger tools in action, right on the mounted flat screen monitor.
