Inside Sales Expediter

Job Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility would be a support role for Inside Sales Account mangers supporting major Systems Integrators and end users. Expediter will enter orders for IS, follow up on orders in SAP, develop quotes from BOM and various other support activities
- Secondary responsibility would be new account development and qualification. Cultivating new business through cold calling then documenting in SMP
- Quote and Order entry
- Support Outside Sales Team
- TechConnect report review/proposal development/quote follow up
- VMI Schedule spreadsheet support/communication focal point for OS/SSG/IS
Minimum qualifications:
- Previous NCE sales experience in the electrical field supporting similar customers would be helpful
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent record keeping and time management skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- SMP experience helpful, but can be trained
- Eclispe business system experience
- Self motivated to find the solution for the customer using all tools available
- Project experience a plus
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Frequent phone and computer usage
- Counter/warehouse and office environment
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
