Industrial Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an Industrial Market business plan for Portland, Albany and Eugene markets
- Provide leadership, vision, organization and direction to lead a team capable of meeting customer requirements
- Manage and direct Industrial Outside Sales serving the Portland and Willamette Valley markets
- Be active in the monthly project review meetings
- Calculate commissions for Outside Industrial Sales
- Schedule trimester SMP reviews for Industrial Outside Sales, updating strategies, sales goals and contact information
- Promote all customer training and seminars
Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years Outside Sales experience or Service Center management experience
- Complete understanding of Excel, ACT, Windows and SMP software
- Background in Industrial Control and Automation products
- Working knowledge of NCE operations and computer systems
- Completed Personalysis Test with Management Technologies
- NCE Financial Mgmt Seminar and NCE HR 101
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Driving to customer locations
- Office/Warehouse environment
- Occasional heavy lifting - up to 50 lbs.
