Associate Development
As important as our inventories and computer systems are to North Coast Electric, our most important assets are the associates that serve our customer's daily needs. With a corporate as well as a personal commitment to training, our associates attend many local, regional, and national factory product training sessions and industry related seminars.
In addition, North Coast Electric encourages and financially supports our associates in their efforts to obtain credits in colleges, universities and continuing education programs. Local product and sales training is provided on an ongoing basis with 2 - 4 sessions scheduled per month. Some of these same educational opportunities are offered to our customers.
North Coast Electric associates have also received training in our Quality Improvement Process and are individually involved in this process on a continuing basis. Our common goal is to make sure that doing business with North Coast Electric is a simple and rewarding experience for our customers.
